Have you ever wondered what it would be like to stand in the places where the events from the Bible actually happened? In March of 2018, Pastor Dave will be leading another journey to Israel, which will be Pastor Dave’s fifth trip and Karen’s third. This is an opportunity to spend 12 days seeing the Holy Land and walking where Jesus walked. The dates for the trip are March 6-17, 2018. An itinerary of the trip is available from Pastor Dave’s Israel 2018 Trip Blog, as well as answers to Frequently Asked Questions related to traveling to Israel.
During this journey, you will pick up stones in the valley where David fought Goliath, and take a boat ride across the Sea of Galilee. Those experiences will stay with you. While gazing out over Jerusalem from the Mount of Olives, you will be able to imagine what Jesus saw from that very location. It has often been said, “You will never read the Bible the same way” because the images of this land never leave.
If the thought of traveling to the Holy Land interests you, trip brochures are available at the guest center in the church Fellowship Circle. You can learn much more about the trip by checking out Pastor Dave’s Israel 2018 Trip Blog.
