Read Daniel 7 today.

This chapter includes one of Daniel’s visions.
It does not bother me to state that I do not know how to accurately interpret it. (There are many other things I do not know, and I am not ashamed to admit it.) It also does not bother me that I do not think anyone else knows how to accurately interpret it either. There are some things we just do not understand. I am okay with that.
Although Daniel was terrified by this vision, the part I appreciate the most are the three words in verse 18, “in the end.” I choose to trust that, regardless of what happens between now and then, God will do the right thing in the end. I need not worry during the in between time, and can rest peacefully because of that choice.
Daniel 7:15-18 NLT
I, Daniel, was troubled by all I had seen, and my visions terrified me. [16] So I approached one of those standing beside the throne and asked him what it all meant. He explained it to me like this: [17] “These four huge beasts represent four kingdoms that will arise from the earth. [18] But in the end, the holy people of the Most High will be given the kingdom, and they will rule forever and ever.”
