Read Galatians 6 today.

This is the last chapter in Galatians. We will begin reading in the book of James tomorrow.
The first few verses inn this chapter, seem to fit with the last verses of chapter 5. Paul is addressing how we should live, and specifically, how we should live in relation with others.
We live in community with other people. Read through these verses and consider the attributes and actions Paul is advocating for the community to which he wrote this letter. Are these present in your community? Since you can only control yourself, are they present in your relationships within your community?
Galatians 5:25-26 NLT
Since we are living by the Spirit, let us follow the Spirit’s leading in every part of our lives. [26] Let us not become conceited, or provoke one another, or be jealous of one another.
Galatians 6:1-3 NLT
Dear brothers and sisters, if another believer is overcome by some sin, you who are godly should gently and humbly help that person back onto the right path. And be careful not to fall into the same temptation yourself. [2] Share each other’s burdens, and in this way obey the law of Christ. [3] If you think you are too important to help someone, you are only fooling yourself. You are not that important.
