Read Luke 4 today.

This chapter includes the temptation of Jesus, His rejection by the people of Nazareth, and healing the sick in Capernaum.
During His temptation, Jesus consistently used His knowledge of scripture to discern the difference between what He was being tempted to do and what He should do. He even knew it well enough to recognize when it was being misquoted to lead Him astray.
How familiar are you with scripture? Are you familiar enough with scripture to know if it is being misused? If your knowledge is not quite up to the task, what adjustment are you going to make to correct this?
