Friendly reminders for people going on the mission trip:
- Complete Group Member Registration. You will need our group code which is 6336. Please try to complete by this Friday, June 16th.
- Extra money will be needed for meals during travel there and back and any snacks they want to purchase during travel.
Important Dates:
Wednesday, June 21st at 7:00pm at Asbury: Information session and evangelism training
Saturday, June 24th around 7:00pm (tentative) at Asbury: Packing up vehicles and trailers.
Sunday, June 25 around 10:00am at Asbury: We will meet at 8:30 for final packing, send-off after first service (9:45am), and leave around 10:00am.
Saturday, July 1st (Time is TBD) at Asbury: Arrival at Asbury.
